Ok, so it's been forever since I've updated this thing. I've just been very busy and using every minute on the internet to search around for something more rewarding (if you catch my drift). I have an interview tomorrow but have a lot of questions myself so I may end up interviewing the interviewer. Oh well, we'll see how it goes.
Vicki, Ryan (Jenkins) and I all deleted our myspace pages because of his psycho ex-girlfriend and her followers. It was just too much drama and I'm already feeling better about my new page. I'm just being lazy about finding requesting all my old friends again. Oh well.
Chad and Melissa's new puppy is blind. She has gone blind within like, the last week and they are taking her to a specialist tomorrow to see if there is something to do to reverse this. I hope so, but if not, I think she will still have a fantastic life. She's so young and will learn to adapt.
Lastly, I finished my taxes and am happy to report that for the first time ever I will be getting a nice chunk of money back this year!!! FINALLY!
That's all for now. Time to go pick out my clothes for tomorrow's interview...

Madden and Mikey
While Madden was here, he ended up LOVING Mikey! He wouldn't take his eyes off of him and would just giggle at him. Mikey did bark when he got stepped on by Madden, but I think he was already annoyed because Dad had stepped on him earlier...nevertheless, this scared the crap out of Madden (and me)...but it didn't last long. Luckily this didn't make Madden permanently scared. He would still giggle and follow him around.

Wedding photos FINALLY!

So I waited patiently to be able to see all the photos from Vicki and Ryan's wedding. Of course, there was really only one of Ryan and I together. We really need to make a habit of taking more pictures...someday we will want to remember our "younger days".
For some reason, the photographer really liked my hands...he kept making me "model" things. One of which was this yummy Wedding Cake Martini...
The other picture is of me and Ryan during the reception. Don't we look cute all matchy matchy? Haha. Also, because I had a very unfortunate, very large "blemish" on my left cheek that weekend, I was not very camera happy. You could really see it in these two pictures, but since I have photoshop on my computer at work, I learned how to make imperfections vanish! Poof! See? Can't tell can you? (I'm very proud of my very easy accomplishment if you can't tell).
I also got a fun surprise while at work today...an email that I recognized the name of the sender, but just couldn't put my finger on it until I opened it. While Laura and I were in Greece, we met a fun couple who were on their honeymoon, Steve and Fatima. We each got a random email from Steve today with a link to their blog and I was delighted to be able to read a bit about their new little one! She's about a year old, so a little older than Madden, but super cute and I really enjoyed seeing their blog. Hopefully we can keep in touch!
That's all for today...I'm going to watch my SVU on DVR and then a new show called Damaged on FX...Lots of letters there...

Christmas and New Years
Happy 2009 everyone!
We had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. For Christmas, I was in Colorado with my brother, SIL and nephew for my nephew's first Christmas and Ryan stayed here because Debo had been sick, and once we put him down, it was too late to find him a flight. He got a lot of practice on our Wii though!
On New Years Eve we went to Josh and Rebecca's for the annual "Game Night" party and had a blast. We have improved (as a team) in Taboo since last year so that was an ego boost.
My Nana is here, along with my brother, SIL and nephew so we spent New Years Day at my parents eating, eating and eating. Overall, we have had a wonderful holiday season and can't wait for next years...or this year's I should say!
Here are some pictures that were taken over the Christmas holiday!
